Hi,

I’m looking for either an ensuite room (or a room sharing a bathroom with only one other person), a studio, or a 1 bed flat.

Preference: female preferred if it is a house share
Move-in date: as soon as possible, preferably April
Tenancy length: minimum 2 months and maximum 4 months. (There is a chance of extending this if the option is available)

Preferred postcodes are S10, S11, S6 (walkley) and S7. I will also consider staying in S1, S3 and S2 depending on the house/flat.

A clean and quiet environment is important to me. Access to frequent bus routes would be great as I do not have a car.
