Room required in devon

im looking for a ensuite room preferably with kitchenet .
The reason i want to move to devon is because ive been offered work in Devon and family also live in Devon . And im looking to be closer to them and miss plymouth and Exeter living with lush sea fronts and city living . I also find the surrounding areas cool and quirky.
I have lots of local knowledge .
I have a professional guarantor and they will reference me if i reserve a room.
I work part time and am clean tidy respectful and am looking for a quiet house with no hassle .
Id like to work and live in devon and build a life here .
I like riding my bike and hobbies and craft and much more.
