Looking for a room (cheaper the better)

Hi! I am Joey, I'm going to be attending BIMM in brighton doing a Songwriting/ Bass Playing course.
I am have been a bass player for a number of years now and want to take my skills to the next level!
I'm looking for a room in brighton that's at most an hours walk from the BIMM building. I'm social and easy going and am more than happy to pitch in with housework. I am a smoker but will be happy to step outside or even across the street if necassary. I've never smoked indoors and don't plan to unless it's expressly permitted (however with the cost of everything I'll likely have to quit just to stay afloat lol!)
I like to keep my space as tidy as possible and hygine is a big must for me!
This will be my first time moving out of my family home (exciting) and due to financial circumstances I'm currently looking for something that's no more than £500 a month (Bills incl)
