Looking for a Relaxed and Friendly Flat

Hello!
I'm looking for a new flat (or a new flatmate) as my current flatmate is moving in with his partner!

I enjoy living in flats with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I'm very happy doing my own thing, but also happy for occasional catch ups in shared spaces '^^ (and will share my baking)
I'm good at keeping communal areas tidy.

I'm currently a PhD student but hopefully will finish soon; and am happy to contribute to council tax from moving in.
I enjoy doing sports and highland dancing, volunteering outdoors, hiking, and crafts.
