Postgraduate student seeking a room (Oxford)

Hi, I am a DPhil student currently based in Oxford and looking for a room.

I don’t smoke and generally keep a regular schedule. I spend most of the daytime in my department. I am looking for a clean and friendly household, preferably within 30min walking distance to the city center. I can accept 1 hour walking distance if the price is reasonable and have good access to bus.
