I’m Rachel, a tidy and considerate female looking for a long-term room from late June 2026. I’m primarily focused on Paddington, St. John's Wood, Marylebone, and surrounding areas.

A bit about me:
I have a very regular routine and value a calm, clean living environment. I'm someone who respects boundaries but is always down for a friendly chat.

Hobbies: I love classical music, art galleries, traveling and staying active with regular workout and hiking

Park Life: I’m a fan of morning runs and evening strolls. Being close to Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, or Primrose Hill is a big priority for me as I love spending time outdoors.

Coffee Lover: I’m a huge coffee enthusiast and make my own espresso/pour-over every morning. I’d be more than happy to share a cup with my new flatmates! ☕️

What I'm looking for:

Budget: Up to £1,250pcm (inc. bills).

Flatmates: Ideally a female-only flat with people who are clean and mindful of each other's space.
