I will be joining London Metropolitan University soon and am currently looking for a room in a shared house or flat. I am open to both single and shared rooms, as I am on a budget.
I am a clean, respectful, and easy-going person. I maintain hygiene, respect personal space, and am comfortable living with others. I do not smoke and prefer a friendly and peaceful environment.
Preferred areas include Wembley, Harrow, Kenton, and nearby locations with good transport links. My budget is around £350–£500 per month (ideally bills included), and I am flexible with the move-in date.
I am open to living with students or working professionals. If you have a room available or are looking for a flatmate, please feel free to contact me.
