Quiet, tidy professional seeking studio or ensuite

I’ve just arrived in Nottingham and am looking for a calm, clean place to settle into. I’m in my late twenties, tidy, quiet and respectful of other people’s space. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties and keep shared areas clean. I’m looking for a studio or an ensuite room in Beeston (NG9) or West Bridgford (NG2). I’d prefer a shorter initial contract with the option to extend if things go well. I can move in anytime from now onward.
