Hi, I’m a young professional that works full time. My current landlady has just put house for sale so looking for something beginning of may. Because of the short notice council is willing to pay first months rent and deposit to secure it and guarantee me for 12months. Is that something youd accept? I pay my own rent and not through benefits it’s just due to my current housing predicament! I Can get you a reference from my landlady. I work full time (35 hours) however have a 20 hour contract and bank statement to prove income if needed. I’m a single non smoker with no pets. Extremely clean and tidy.
