28 yo looking for flatmate/studio in w9

Hi, I’m Charlotte, originally from the Black Forest in Germany, and I’ve been living in London on and off since 2018.

I’m currently based in Maida Vale and looking to move beginning of July. Ideally I’m after a two-bed flat (or open to a studio) with a homey feel around Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue or St John’s Wood.

I work in account management for an economic forecasting company in the city and usually work from home on Mondays and Fridays. During the week I keep things fairly easy, and on weekends I like to stay active (Lagree and Barry’s) and catch up with friends (more dinners and drinks than late nights out).

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone similar. 🫶🏻 It would be nice to have a friendly, easy dynamic at home. Very down to garb matchas together and go to workout classes together, or let you do your own thing 😊
