Looking for a clean, positive housemate

Hi,
I’m Gyanateet, research scientist based in the Uni of in Leeds, looking for a room from July as my current contract ends in June.
I’d describe myself as quite structured and easy to live with – I keep shared spaces clean, respect people’s routines, and generally prefer a calm and well-organised home environment.

I’m fairly balanced socially – happy to chat, grab a coffee, or occasionally hang out, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, tech/research, fair bit of gaming and cozy TV watching to wind down, and keeping a consistent routine, so I’m not a loud or chaotic housemate.
Ideally looking for a smaller house share with like-minded people who value a clean, respectful, and relaxed environment.
