Hi, I'm Brian, an American currently based in Barcelona moving to London in September 2026 to start a Masters in Climate Finance at Imperial College London.
I'm looking for a self-contained studio (ideally with bills included) in South Kensington, Earl's Court, South Kensington, Hammersmith, or Shepherd's Bush from around 12th September 2026.
About me: I'm a quiet, professional non-smoker in my 30s with an MBA from ESADE Barcelona. I work independently, keep to myself, and will be spending most of my time studying. I'm the kind of tenant landlords hope for: reliable, respectful, and low maintenance.
Budget: £350-450/week all inclusive
I'm happy to provide references, proof of university enrollment, and can discuss deposit arrangements. As a full-time student I'm exempt from council tax.
I'll be visiting London June 5-8 and am happy to view properties in person at that point, or arrange a video viewing beforehand.
