Professional Female seeks a buddy up or room

Hello! I'm Tara, 26F and will be starting a new job in Mintlaw Aberdeenshire in May and will be moving up from Edinburgh. I would ideally like to stay in Ellon as it is about halfway between my work and Aberdeen city as well as being a very nice little town. I inlcuded Aberdeen in my search to increase visibility but I'm unfortunatley not able to stay in the city itself.

As a tenant/flatmate I strive to be respectful and communicative. I always aim to abide by the arrangements my housemates and I share for keeping common areas tidy and useable. I'm fairly social but am always mindful of people's boundaries around having people over e. g. I would never push an unwilling late night on a flatmate.

It seems obvious to say but I'd love to live with people I get on with and who can make a flat a home. I don't need us to be best friends, but it's key to me that we're at least able to feel at ease around one another and are interested in the occasional chat about our respective days.

Other misc things about me: I'm a vegan and casual climber (both outdoor and indoor) who is looking to get back into the sport. I enjoy birdwatching and outdoor adventures, but also enjoy plenty of indoor activities like reading, watching TV, playing video games and boardgames. Recently I have been playing a lot of the pokemon trading card game and am keen to join the local Aberdeen leagues.
