Hi! I’m Pyae, a friendly and tidy international student at the University of Sunderland looking for a room from 21st June 2026, initially until around late August, but potentially longer depending on the situation.
I work part-time and am quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m looking for a furnished room with bills included, ideally in SR1 or nearby Sunderland city centre.
Budget: up to £450/month including bills.
I would prefer to live with female flatmates but I’m open to mixed flats too.
