Hi, I'm Nicola – Italian, working as Head of People for a coffee company in London.

I'm looking for someone to buddy up with and find a new flat together, rather than joining an existing one.

I enjoy good conversations, good food, and a home that feels calm and well-kept. My week is fairly structured, and at home I like to properly switch off, think chilled evenings, cooking something decent, or just doing nothing in peace. Not a party house kind of person.

I train regularly, cook properly, and care about the overall vibe of a place, I've got art on the walls and I appreciate a space that feels lived-in rather than just functional.

Looking for somewhere in East London — roughly the Angel to Whitechapel corridor: Bethnal Green, Stepney Green, London Fields area. Budget up to £1,300.
