Polite and Tidy tenant looking for large double ro

Hi I'm Jay.
My landlord is unfortunately retiring this year, this requires me to find a new room with bills included.

I have my own fridge/freezer/wardrobe and chest of drawers (i also have a bed but it's structural support has definitely seen better days).

I have no preference about housemates as long as they are tidy and generally quiet (music, family visiting, coming and going at all hours are fine by me).
I'm really easy going and always happy to chip in with things to help out the house.
I tidy up after myself and try to leave common rooms cleaner than when I walked in.
