Me and my brother looking for double room ASAP...

Im looking for a double room ASAP or from 1st may. Me and my brother are due to be homeless. The property were in my dad is selling. I took a break from running a very busy gym to care for our grandparents here for 9 year but they both passed recently. We Dont want to be on the streets if we dont need to . Im on UC at the moment but it would
cover half the room easy and my brother works full time 40 hrs a week but im due to start new employment in the next few weeks so any rent wouldn't be an issue and also we have a lot of appliances we can bring if needed to help anyone out.
Im 36 go to gym, like to meet new friends. My brother is 35 works full time 40 hrs and is a great guy. We are no trouble and Just looking to not be on the streets and we would rather stay together if we move. We dont smoke like to drink socially but not so often.

We would be looking to move in potentially from next Friday 1st may.

We pay rent on time. The lha rate i would get is 112.47 per week plus UC payment of 428. My brother earns £1700 a month. But due to circumstances and falling out with out father basically he selling our childhood home with our grandparents for a quick buck and happily see his sons homeless.

We are in pretty urgent need.
