Buddy Up/Friendly House Share !!

Hey! I’m a young professional based in Cambridge and looking for a new place as my landlord is selling my flat. I’m hoping to buddy up with a couple of girls to find somewhere nice together, or join a friendly house share. Preferably around Mill Road/CB1 area & walkable to the station.

I work a standard 9–5, and during the week I’m usually at the gym in the evenings, then like to wind down with a cosy movie night or something easy. On weekends I love getting out for a hike or an easy run if the weather’s good. I’m also always on the hunt for good coffee & matcha spots (very open to recommendations!) and enjoy a pub trip here and there, especially when it’s sunny.

I’m tidy and considerate when it comes to shared spaces, but I also like making a place feel homely and comfortable rather than just somewhere to stay. I’m moving out of a one-bed flat, so I do have some furniture like a bed, TV, and quite a bit of tableware which I’m happy to bring along.

Ideally I’d love to live with girls of a similar age who are up for hanging out now and then, but also value their own space.

I’m looking to move around late June/July but can be flexible, and my budget is around £1000 pcm.
