Clean & Respectful Tenant Seeking En-Suite Room (J

Hi! I’m a final-year university student in London, will be graduating soon and currently transitioning into full-time work.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room (preferably en-suit, ideally in a modern development e. g. Uncle, or similar buildings with good amenities) in Colindale, Hendon, or nearby areas, with a move-in date around late June to first week of July.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and I value a calm and well-maintained home. I also have a guarantor available and can provide references if needed.

Ideally looking for:

* Budget: £850–£1,100 (bills included preferred)
* En-suite or modern flatshare
* Friendly and respectful housemates
