Female prof. seeking clean, calm flat (N/West LDN)

Hi! I’m Lauren, 24, and I’ve recently moved back to London. I work in marketing with a hybrid setup (a mix of office and working from home).

I’m ideally looking for a room in an all-female flat in North London (areas like Highbury & Islington, Angel, Hampstead, Tufnell Park, West Hampstead, etc.), but I’m definitely open to other areas like West London (Chiswick, Hammersmith) or Clapham for the right place.

A bit more about me – I’m originally from the UK but grew up in Bangkok, so I’ve had a slightly international upbringing. I recently moved back after working there for a while and am now looking to base myself in London long-term.

I studied English & Film at Exeter, so I love anything cinema/arts-related (always up for a Picturehouse trip), as well as cooking, Pilates, and exploring different parts of the city.

I’m clean, considerate, and easygoing, and I really value a calm, tidy, and well-looked-after home. I’d love to live with people who take pride in their space and contribute to keeping it a nice environment.

I’m quite sociable and would enjoy the occasional shared dinner, chat, or movie night, but I also really value my own space and downtime. I’m looking for a home that feels peaceful and respectful rather than a party house.

I’d prefer to live with other working professionals (or possibly postgrad students), and a household that’s relatively quiet during the week.

I’m ideally looking for something for around 6–8 months (with a bit of flexibility), as I may be moving in with my sister early next year.

I’m available to move in from May (or earlier) and am very flexible with viewings over the next few days (including evenings and weekends), as I’m currently in London and actively looking – I’d love to come by and see if it feels like a good fit.

Most importantly, I’m hoping to find a place that feels like a home – somewhere friendly, relaxed, and where everyone contributes to a positive atmosphere.
