My name is Simon, I'm a 32 year old graphic designer from Melbourne, Australia. I'm newly landed in London and looking for a sublet.

Would love to find a friendly house filled with friends rather than just housemates. I’ve already got friends in London, but I’d love to build a sense of community at home alongside that. I love cooking, design, football, and atm tennis + chess, v excited for the world cup mid year + v excited for the upcoming London summer.

Am sure everyone says the same but am tidy and easygoing – I’ve lived in and out of share houses for the past 10 years, so very familiar with how to keep things running smoothly.
