I am a professional who is the process of selling a property and just looking for a budget friendly room to rent whilst I wait for a house sale to go through.
It will be a minimum 2 months and I'm looking for somewhere with a flexible contract. I am happy with a single or double room. Ideally including bills dependent on the rate offered.
I enjoy a good chat time as well as downtime in my own company. If a deposit is required I would require a deposit protection service or something similar.
