Hello! We are two female Master's students from China looking for an apartment near UCL.
We are hoping to find a safe and comfortable place to call home during our year in London. Here are our requirements and a bit about us:
● Budget: £200–£300 per week per person (preferably including bills).
● Location: Within a 20-minute walk to the UCL Main Campus.
● Move-in/Move-out Dates: From 15th September this year to 15th July next year. We guarantee we will not terminate the lease early.

We are friendly, tidy, and respectful. We really value keeping common areas clean and organized, so we are looking for roommates who share similar habits.
