I'm a 44 year old professional woman looking for an en suite room within a 45 minute drive from the University of Brighton (Moulsecoomb campus).
I would be staying Monday to Friday, but may occasionally need to stay a Saturday or Sunday.
Ideally looking for a quiet or family home rather than HMO, and would need parking too.
