Searching for room to rent in North / East

A bit about me:

- My name is Rory, I’m 28 years old, and I’m from Dublin.

- I’ll be transferring with the company I currently work for in Ireland to our London office from 1st June, and I’m looking for somewhere to live. I work in energy/utilities and will be in the office most days, but I’d love to live somewhere where I can work from home occasionally too.

- I’m outgoing, friendly, and easy to get along with. I’m very active and play football and rugby, as well as running and going to the gym when those aren’t possible. I also love live music and going to the cinema at weekends, and I’m really excited to go and explore London.

- I’m tidy and organised, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I’m very respectful of other people’s routines and space.

- Over the past three years, I’ve rented three different shared apartments with a range of housemates, and I’ve left each tenancy on very good terms and have made some really good friends along the way. I received my full deposit back every time and would be more than happy to provide references if needed!

- I have friends and family in London, so I’m not relying on my accommodation socially, but I’d love to live somewhere with a friendly, social atmosphere where everyone gets on and can chill together, rather than just sharing a front door.
