Hi,
I'm a PhD candidate (4th year) at the University of Manchester (Chemical Engineering) and an entrepreneur, looking for a clean, quiet room in M13 or nearby (M14, M15, M1, Fallowfield, Rusholme, Victoria Park all work). Move-in date: 1 May 2026.
A bit about me: early 30s, tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Between the lab and running my businesses I work long hours, and I travel a lot so I'm away often. You'd essentially get a low-impact flatmate. I don't smoke, don't drink, and don't party at home.
Looking for: a furnished room, decent wifi, and ideally housemates who are also working professionals or postgrads. Bills-included strongly preferred.
