Room for 2 months over summer

Hi, my name is Haseeb. I’m looking to rent a room close to Paddington (preferably within 1 mile of the station) from late May to the end of July 2026 (move-in ideally from 28 May, but no later than 30 May).

I currently work at a bank in Birmingham and will be in London over the summer for an Investment Banking training course. I’ll be working full-time during the week, so I’m generally quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and keep things clean and tidy.

My budget is £700–£900 per month. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets, and am easygoing and reliable with rent. I’m happy living with others and keeping a good, respectful household dynamic.
