Hello ☺️ Any all bills incl. rentals please?

Hi everyone!

I’m currently looking for a new place to call home, and I would love to find a house share with people who are open, inclusive, and enjoy a bit of socialising.
Ideally I would love to find a rental that includes bills, but this is not a deal breaker.

About Me
I’m a fun-loving, social person who loves to make the most out of life. My biggest passions are traveling, practicing different languages, and hitting the ice skating rink whenever I get the chance. I also absolutely love to cook and am always happy to share a great meal or try out new recipes in the kitchen!

My Vibe
I am completely sober, but please don't let that make you think I'm a homebody! I still absolutely love going out, being social, and joining in on the fun with my housemates. Whether it’s exploring the city, grabbing a coffee, or just having a good chat in the living room, I really value getting along with the people I live with.

Living Together
I pride myself on being a clean, respectful, and considerate housemate. You will never have to chase me to do my dishes or take out the bins. I firmly believe in everyone pulling their weight to keep the shared spaces tidy, comfortable, and relaxing for everyone.

What I'm Looking For
It would be cool to live in a queer-friendly space with people who share a similar mindset, but this is not a necessity. I’d love a home where we can hang out, share a good laugh, and feel totally comfortable being our authentic selves.

I am a fan of comfortable and warm homes (as I hate the cold), that bring in natural light.
I work from home 2x per week, so I would enjoy being close to a tube line, especially one that runs the night tube service on the weekends.
As quite an active person, it's important to me to have a decent gym nearby, so I'd be happy to take your recommendations.
