Mature yet Young at Heart

Looking to buddy up and rent a whole house: probably 3 or 4 bedrooms. I need a peaceful house-share, where housemates are friendly and considerate. I'm tidy and clean, without being obsessive about anything. I have a lot of experience sharing houses and get on well with most people. Sleep is very important to me, so quiet nights are essential, and I like people who move around lightly, don't shout, don't slam doors, and aren't jabbering on their mobile phone for hours every day. In return, you'll find me a very nice guy who is no trouble and helpful whenever I can be. I keep myself to myself: not looking for group socializing, although I'm very open to new friendships, a chat in the kitchen or garden - that sort of thing. I ride a onewheel and I've challenged myself to learn unicycling too :) I love animals and don't mind pets in the house; I don't have one myself. Thanks for reading.
