Quiet lifestyle – no parties, just normal day-to-day living
Always pay rent and bills on time
Ideally looking for single occupancy (occasional guests with prior notice)
What flat I’m looking for:
Budget: up to £1500/month
Location: Zones 1–3
Within 10 minutes’ walk to a tube station
Preferred lines: Central, Jubilee, or Elizabeth Line (Elizabeth Line is a big plus!)
Ideally in a lively but not noisy area
Bonus if there’s a swimming pool nearby
