Quiet and Tidy Uob Student Looking for a Flatment

Hi! I’m a first-year Biomedical Science student at UoB.
I’m quite easygoing, tidy, and have a regular routine (usually sleep before midnight).
I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m mindful about noise.

I like playing games and watching films in my free time, but I always use headphones.

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share a clean and comfortable living space.

My budget is around £800–£1000, and I’m planning to move in around August–September. （just before the start of term ）
