I'm a science teacher looking for a double room with a private bathroom (near Manchester City Centre).

Move in: late June/early July
Budget: £900 pcm with bills.

I've been described as an "introverted extrovert." I love spending time with friends and making new connections but also value time with myself. I'm an avid gamer, with a Guitar Hero collection, board games and card games. I enjoy bringing people together and hosting games nights every few months.

I've lived in a 9-person house before, so I'm no stranger to living with others, common area etiquette etc. Cleanliness is also really important to me e. g. wiping down surfaces after using them. I'd like to live with someone who enjoys a drink now and then, enjoys a good conversation and would maybe like a new friend.
