Professional seeking furnished room | Mid-may

Hi, I’m Isha, a working professional currently employed at Aegon in a hybrid role. I’m looking for a furnished room or property in Edinburgh, ideally with easy access to a tram stop for commuting.
I’m planning to move in around mid-May and am looking for something within a budget of £700 per month, preferably inclusive of bills.
I’m a tidy, respectful, and easygoing person who values a clean and comfortable living environment. I maintain a good balance between work and personal time and get along well in shared spaces.
