36M professional seeks room (short or long term)

Hello! I'm Jacob, I'm moving back to London to start a job as Head of Communications at a Soho art gallery where I'll be in the office Mon-Fri 10-18, and occasionally Tue - Sat.

I've previously lived in London (2009-2019) and Berlin (2019-2026). I'm originally from Manchester and have recently become an uncle so I'll be going back to visit regularly.

In terms of being a housemate I am very considerate and clean (often called "the cleanest boy I ever lived with"!).
I love to cook and know the importance of keeping a shared kitchen tidy.
I enjoy communal activities like eating together, going out, watching films (I have a projector), but also like keeping to myself.

I’m flexible on location but would ideally like to be in zones 1-3 or with simple commute to Soho (eg. 1 bus for up to 1hr).

I'm looking either for short or long term setups right now.

I’m usually out and about at the weekend exploring the city and galleries, seeing friends, otherwise staying in and watching films or reading.
