Hi there! I’m a postgraduate student at UCL and a software professional looking for a new place to call home. I am a very considerate, clean, and easy-going housemate who values a peaceful environment.
I spend most of my time either on campus or working on my laptop, so I’m looking for a reliable, quiet spot in a decent area with good transport links.
My Preferences:
Room Type: I am specifically looking for a box room or a small single. I don't need a lot of space—just enough for a bed and a desk!
Budget: Up to £400 for a box room or £500 for a single (ideally inclusive of bills).
Location: Flexible, as long as it’s a safe neighborhood with a reasonable commute to Central London.
