Need a flatmate or roommate from July

Hi! I’m 24 years old and recently completed my Master’s degree in Hospitality. I currently work full-time in a restaurant, 5 days a week, so I’m often out and have a fairly busy schedule.
I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m clean and tidy, and I appreciate living with someone who keeps shared spaces neat as well.
I’m looking for a flatmate who also values cleanliness, respects personal space, and enjoys a peaceful atmosphere at home. Ideally, someone who is friendly but also appreciates privacy.
