23yr old UAL MA student looking for accomodation

Hello! I go by Josey, I'm moving to London to start a masters program at UAL and looking to find a cozy flat to call home. I'm looking for a 1 year lease although if I could extend it another year that would be amazing. Hoping for a double with lots of light, a garden/balcony/outdoor space would absolutely be lovely. I have 4-5 years of flatmate experience and consider myself generally clean, considerate and welcoming person. I'd like to note that I'm also an artist and do photography, printmaking, natural dye/ecoprinting, biomaterial etc. which can get a bit messy but the mess would be contained to my space so it shouldn't be a concern.

I'd love to hang out with flatmates , explore the city, go out to pubs or have a quiet night in, I'm also into volleyball and working out but I am also happy living in my bubble depending on what day I've/we've had.
