Looking for a Room – Flexible, Low Usage

I’m a friendly and easy‑going working professional looking for a room. I work on a hybrid basis and would only need the accommodation on my working days—around 15–16 days per month. During weekends and other days, I’ll usually be away.
I’m very low‑maintenance and will mostly use the room for sleeping and relaxing. Kitchen and washing facilities would be for general, occasional use only. I’m respectful of shared spaces, quiet, and get along well with people of all.

I’m clean, considerate, and not fussy at all—happy to fit into an existing household and keep things comfortable and hassle‑free. Ideally looking for a place with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Free parking nearby would be a bonus.
