I am a very tidy and organized individual who values a peaceful living environment. I am looking for a professional house share (Maximum 3 people)

with a live-out landlord where privacy and a quiet atmosphere are respected by all housemates.

I am looking to be based near Moulton Park (preferably within 2-3 miles) with easy

access to the following:
• PureGym: Ideally located near the Weston Favell or Central branches.

• Grocery Stores: Within easy reach of a Lidl or similar supermarkets.

My Requirements:

• Tenancy: Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) with a live-out landlord.

• Facilities: Access to a Washer and Dryer is essential.

• Utilities: All bills included with high-speed WiFi.

• Cleaner that cleans communal spaces

• Lifestyle: Non-smoker with no pets.
