New home needed

Ok, I was much younger here, but have aged well...

My landlord is selling my flat after I have lived there for 24yrs. I'm looking for somewhere safe in Guildford town centre (I work 2 jobs; day job at Guildford College, 3 evenings at Waitrose) for my indoor/outdoor cat and I on a ground floor with garden. I like peace and quiet and I tend not to socialise too much at home as it's my sanctuary. Would love to live in a household with non smokers, don't take drugs and drink in moderation (not me, my potential flatmates). Ideally a double room (an en suite would be amazing!). I need to give my current landlord 2 months notice. I feel I can afford to pay £800/mth inclusive. Ideally would like this to be a very long term arrangement. Thank you!
