Looking for a room / studio

Hi, I’m currently looking for a room or affordable flat/studio. I work full time as a self employed massage therapist and also do modelling, I can provide references if needed.

Alongside this, I’m also a student so i keep pretty busy almost everyday .

I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing, and I like to keep my living space clean and peaceful. I’m a non smoker and don’t have pets.

My budget is around £450 per month and I’m looking to move in as soon as possible, but I can be flexible for the right place.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere in a safe area with good transport links.
