Looking For Modern Flat, Buddy Up!

Hi!
I’m Bethany, 23, working full-time in reception at the 5⭐ hotel in The Shard. I’m currently looking to buddy up with a few people (girls or guys) to find a modern, clean flat, ideally somewhere along the Jubilee line with an easy commute to London Bridge. My budget is preferably 1300 including bills.

A bit about me:

I was born in Tanzania 🇹🇿, I lived in America for 14 years, but I’m British 🇬🇧 ( yes I have an American accent ).

I’m super tidy (honestly, a bit of a clean freak 😅), so it’s really important to me to live with people who are happy to keep shared spaces clean and actually contribute to that. I love having a calm, organised home environment, it makes such a difference after long shifts.

My job means I work shifts, including weekends, and sometimes I finish around midnight, so I’d need a place where I can come home, unwind, shower, and properly relax without any stress. Because of that, I really value a home that is relaxed and comfortable.

That said, I’m still social when I can be! On my days off I love going out for food, shopping, or even a game of padel. It would be great to live with people who are friendly and up for the occasional hangout, but also understand personal space and independence.

What I’m looking for:

• Easy access to London Bridge (Jubilee line preferred)
• Tidy, respectful, easygoing housemates
• A place that genuinely feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep
