I'm a quiet and respectful professional looking for a room to let within walking distance to Norwich city centre.
I work in tech but spend the majority of my time in the office (locally or London) but will have WFH days too. I don't drink or smoke but have no issue with others who do, though not smoking indoors is preferable.
