Looking for a room, ideally NR2/4 area

Hi all, I’m a professional moving to Norwich in the next few weeks and looking for a room. My budget is £500-650pm incl bills and I’d like to find somewhere around the NR2 area or somewhere on the 25 bus line.

I don’t have a set move in date as of yet as I’m waiting to know my start date, but I anticipate that it’ll be in the next few weeks.

I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with. I’ve lived away from home before with no issues and my previous landlord is happy to provide a reference to a future landlord. If anyone has any rooms available please let me know. Thank you!
