Reliable IT Professional seeking 2-bed flatshare
Hi there!
I’m an IT Professional currently looking for a new place to call home along the Mortlake to Oval corridor with some flexibility. Preferably within an acceptable cycling distance to Oval.
I’m specifically looking to "Buddy Up" with one other person to find a 2-bedroom property (I am not looking for large house-shares or HMOs).
About me:
I work in IT and generally keep a professional schedule. I’m clean, reliable with rent/bills, and value a home that is a calm, tidy space to relax in after work. I’m easy-going and happy to have a chat or a drink, but I also respect personal space and boundaries.
What I’m looking for:
Type: A 2-bedroom flat/apartment maximum (sharing with just one other person).
Budget: Up to £1,300 pcm
Location: Anywhere between Mortlake and Oval with some flexibilty either side.
Move-in date: Preferably 1st June
