Hi, we are three second-year students at the University here in York. We are looking for a 1-year minimum tenancy (end of June move-in, June–June preferred).

What we’re looking for:
A 3 bedroom property (or suitable for 3 tenants)
Unfurnished preferred
Flat or House
Monthly payments

Location:
YO1 or YO10

Move-in:
End of June 2026 (flexible within reason)

Budget:
Competitive market rate (happy to discuss depending on property and whether bills are included)

Studious and quiet lifestyle, not a party household

Non-smokers, no pets

Clean, respectful, and used to maintaining a property to a high standard

Financially reliable (student finance + guarantors in place if required)

Previous renting experience with positive references available
