Professional seeking room in clean, tidy household

Hi, I’m Jo, a working professional starting a new role in Putney shortly.

I’m looking for a room in a clean, tidy and well-kept household, ideally with one other flatmate (max two), preferably close to Putney. I’m also flexible on the area (W, SW, E or SE London), as long as the commute works — ideally around 45 minutes (give or take). If a commute is needed, being within a 5-minute walk of a station with direct links, or one change max, into Putney could work.

Ideally I’m looking at around £1,000 pcm, but I’m flexible up to £1,300 for the right fit, including bills.

I’d be looking to stay for around 6 to 12 months.

I’ll be working full-time on a hybrid basis (typically three days in the office and two from home), and I also travel occasionally for work every month or two.

A bit about me: I’m respectful, easy to live with, and value a calm, clean home environment. I’m sociable but not a party person, happy to have a chat, but also mindful of personal space and routines.

I have my own car, so access to a parking space is important, whether off-street or secure.

In terms of location, I’m flexible as long as the commute to Putney is reasonable.
