Hi everyone! I’m Anthony, a 20-year-old student looking for a long-term place to call home for the next 2 years. I am searching for a comfortable room in the E1 area (around Whitechapel, Aldgate, Stepney Green, or Wapping). My maximum budget is £800 per month, ideally with bills included. I am looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just a house, with a decent kitchen and a good shower!
I would love to share with fellow students or young professionals who are friendly, easygoing, and value a positive living environment. It would be great to live with people who enjoy occasional flat dinners, a chat in the kitchen, or exploring London, but who also appreciate and respect each other's downtime and busy schedules.
As a flatmate, I am reliable, incredibly tidy, and respectful. Because I am a student, I spend quite a bit of time focused on my coursework, so I am mindful of noise levels and keeping the house peaceful during the week. I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and bathroom, and I am fully on board with shared cleaning rotas to keep the communal spaces looking great. In my free time, I enjoy my hobbies, relaxing, and hanging out. I am very easy to get along with and always happy to help out around the house!
