Hi! We’re Anaïs and Toma, and we’re looking for a third person to team up with and find a great 3-bed flat in London together.

A bit about us:
We’re both 22 year old working professionals based in London, with fairly busy routines between work, the gym, and seeing friends. We’re clean, respectful, and easy-going, and we’re looking to create a home that feels relaxed, comfortable, and friendly rather than just a place to stay.

We enjoy a good balance — happy to chat, hang out or have a drink together sometimes, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.

Anaïs also has a kitten, Cleo (4 months old) — she’s very clean, playful, and well-behaved, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is comfortable living with a cat.

What we’re looking for:

* Someone tidy, considerate, and easy to live with
* Ideally a working professional with a similar lifestyle
* Open to building a friendly, positive home environment

Move-in: End of June / July
Budget: Around £900–£1200 each (depending on the place)
