30y.o. Professional - Male - Londonder

I’m Alex. I’m a 30-year-old lifetime Londoner currently looking to make the move back across the river to the City/East End after a stint in South London.

I’ve spent about a decade working in the City in financial services sales. Between my career, my time studying at City St George’s, and seeing my friends in the area, I know the neighbourhood well and it'd be great to be back! I’m seeking a move in May/June and happy to be flexible around what works for us both.

I’d describe myself as a social, easygoing person who genuinely enjoys meeting new people. In previous house-shares, I’ve always enjoyed a mix of doing our own thing and getting together for a flat dinner, a movie, or a pub trip.

That said, I’m very respectful of the working week (normally, I'm working Mon-Fri mostly in the office). I’m mindful of people’s schedules, I keep communal spaces tidy, and make living together easier rather than harder.

Outside of work, most of my time is spent training (running, sports, gym), eating, drinking, socialising, and travelling.

I’m hoping to find a group of flatmates who are similarly-minded. I’m looking for a space that is clean and relaxed where everyone feels at home.
